Chen-Ruan cohomology of cotangent orbifolds and Chas-Sullivan String Topology

In this paper we prove that for an almost complex orbifold, its virtual orbifold cohomology \\cite{LUXSymmetric} is isomorphic as algebras to the Chen-Ruan orbifold cohomology of its cotangent orbifold.
